As leaders we operate in that space between building strong foundations for our organisations and blue sky thinking - let's call it the Leadersphere. Depending on the challenges in hand we may veer more naturally to one or the other. I am naturally curious and always keen to learn and prompt discussion and debate in areas of interest including education, music, mental heath and wellbeing, and the charitable sector. Navigating through the challenges of Covid-19 has provided a never ending stream of learning experiences.
